WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE I HAVE PURCHASED MY BRAASI?
Normally we send a confirmation email immediately after you made order, so if you have not received it check your SPAM just in case!
If it still not there, send us an email to info@braasi.com and we will check if there have been any error.


WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you do not received an email with shipping number which is send automatically when the courier pick up your backpack in our factory, please send us an email to info@braasi.com and our Customer Service will indicate the status of your order.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Have you change your mind and need to cancel an order? If your order has not been processed yet we will try to cancel it before it leaves our workshop.
Send us an email to info@braasi.com with the order reference number and message announcing you want to cancel it and we will notify you if it has been cancelled.


HOW CAN I RETURN MY BRAASI?
You can return your order purchased in www.braasi.com, without use and damage within 30 days after you received your Braasi.
Please send an email to info@braasi.com to coordinate the return of your order. Once we received the returned goods in our workshop we will refund you the amount of the returned order.
We do not refund shipping cost.

I NEED TO MAKE A TYPE/SIZE CHANGE, HOW CAN I DO IT?
In case you need to make any change in your order, send us an email to info@braasi.com indicating your order reference number and what type, colour or size you want to change for. We will contact you immediately to proceed your order with the change.
If you already received your Braasi backpack and it is big/ small to you or you like to have other colour or just like any other change, please send us email to info@braasi.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to full fill your wishes.


I BOUGHT BRAASI IN ANOTHER RETAILER. CAN I RETURN/ CHANGE/ CLAIM IT HERE? 
Unfortunately we only manage orders placed online at www.braasi.com.
